၁။ နှိပ်၍ normal mode ဖြစ်တာသချောရန်စစ်။
၂။ –> Somebody typed the end of this line twice. end of this line twice. ဒီစာကြောင်းလေးရိုက်လိုက်ပါ။
၃။ cursor ကို ပထမ ဝါကရြဲ့အဆုံးကိုရှေ့ပါ။
၄။ d$ command ကိုရိုက်လိုက်ပါက cursor နောက်ပိုင်းစာကြောင်းတခုလုံးပုဒ်မအထိ ဖကျ်သည်။

Lesson 2.3: ON OPERATORS AND MOTIONS

command အများစုမှာ operator နှင့် motion ဆိုပြီး ၂မျိုးဖြင့်အလုပ်လုပ်ပါတယ်။
delete လုပ်ဖို့အတွက် d ကို operator လို့ခေါ်ပြီး motion ဆိုတဲ့နောက်လိုက်တွေရှိပါတယ်။
ဥပမာ။ ။ d motion

d သည် delete operator ဖြစ်ပြီး
motion သည် operator ဘာဆက်လုပ်မည်ဆိုတာဖြစ်ပါသည်။
motions တှကေတော့
w ရဲ့အလုပ်က ဖကျ်လိုသည့်စာလုံးအပြင် နောက်စာလုံးရဲ့ အရှေ့ထိဖကျ်ပေးပါသည်။ dw
e ရဲ့အလုပ်က ဖကျ်လိုသည့်စာလုံးကိုပဲဖကျ်ပေးပါသည်။ de
$ ရဲ့အလုပ်က စာကြောင်းတခုလုံးကို နောက်ဆုံး character အထိဖကျ်ပေးပါသည်။ d$
ဒါကြောင့် de လို့ command ရိုက်လိုက်ရင် cursor နရောမှ စာလုံးအဆုံးထိဖကျ်ပေးပါသည်။
မှတ်ခကျ်။ ။ normal mode မှာ motion ပဲရိုက်မယ်ဆိုရင် ( ရှေ့က operator မပါ ) cursor လေးပဲရှေ့ပေးသှားမှာပါ။

Lesson 2.4: USING A COUNT FOR A MOTION

** motion တွေရဲ့ရှေ့မှာ နံပါတ်ထည့်၍အသုံးပြုခြင်း**

၁။ –> This is just a line with words you can move around in. ဒီစာကြောင်းလေးရိုက်ကြည့်ပါ။
၂။ 2w ကိုရိုက်လျှင် cursor သည် စာလုံး၂ လုံးစာရှေ့သည်။တတိယ စာလုံးရဲ့ ရှေ့အထိရှေ့သည်။
၃။ 2e ကိုရိုက်လျှင် cursor သည် စာလုံး၂ လုံးစာရှေ့သည်။ ဒုတိယစာလုံးရဲ့ နောက်ဆုံး character အရှေ့ ထိရှေ့သည်။
၄။ 0 (zero) ရိုက်လျှင် စာကြောင်းရဲ့ အစကို cursor ရောက်သွားသည်။
